Welcome to Episode 17 of Dr Mommy Health Tips Podcast. This weekly podcast will provide you with quick on the go information for better health and living. I am very excited to bring this podcast to you and I promise the episodes will not be long at all but you will learn a great deal about taking care of yourself and your family.
