		<description>I did know about most of these. I didn&#039;t however, know about Purslane! I am making a sincere effort to add more omega 3 to my diet, and beside omega 3&#039;s derived from fish oils, I&#039;ve added plant sources such as flax oil. Flax oil with a squirt of lemon and a touch of crushed garlic is delicious on a salad! Great article!
