Great article! I've always been a tea drinker but have added more varieties of green and white teas. I love white tea in the morning and a green Earl Grey in the afternoon. When I'm looking for the occasional cup of coffee, I now drink teeccino. It's a great coffee substitute, has all the flavor and robustness of coffee but is organic and leaves the body in an alkaline state, not acid.

Looking forward to more great articles! Thanks.
