To answer Sisterlisa, I find that leaving out the banana makes the tofu taste too strong and conversely as well.  The mix of berries, tofu and banana is well-balanced and delicious.</description>

Can you tell there&#039;s Tofu in the shakes or does it have the texture of fruit pulp? My daughter avoids meat and I am wondering if she would like Tofu in her smoothies.
