Exercise (yes, walking absolutely)
Listening to music
Twitter (staying connected to others)
Knowing friends who&#039;ve survived breast cancer or  a major surgery makes me feel fortunate
Wearing vivid colors to boost my spirits
Minimizing sugar intake (major factor in mood swings in adults, not just kids)
