I started including flax seed in our diet recently, but I run out of ideas on what to put it in. Oatmeal, smoothies, baked goods... Flax seed and lavender are my business staples as well!

I'm a big flax seed fan. We keep organic flax seed oil in the fridge too and add it to our salad dressings, chicken salad, etc.

Ground flax seed is great in homemade breads and cookies and stuff too.

Great post!

Thanks for the reminder! I keep a small container ground up and add it to my breakfast cereal and oatmeal. I often forget to toss some in.
