Good tips. When we got the new computer for homeschooling last summer we put it at the kitchen table and moved eating to the island. The computer desk in the other room is at an angle and I noticed the sweat on the wrist from being straight on the desk and it causes rashes for my eczema. I was thinking I need a book or something to give me a lift.

The same can be said for kids using computer for homeschooling and taking breaks. I have a coaster here for water bottles and a little portable fan that takes batteries for the face to get some relief. An office chair vs kitchen chair is next on our list, not sure I want wheels in the kitchen though.

Dr. Daisy, thanks! I need these reminders, and even though I may know some of them, reading about them again really helps. I appreciated the snack list too and will keep that in mind when I go to the grocery store. By the way, one of my co-workers has an office chair that's made with an exercise ball for the seat. I've heard that exercise balls are the new thing in office chairs.
