I love the idea of eating foods. I've often wondered if eating citrus foods can help us stay 'young looking.' Is there an anti aging property? After all, look at a lot of people from areas with high citrus based diets...they all look much younger.

I've also wondered about curry - for the same reason. I agree with you - our bodies have the ability to heal itself...why do we 'assume' that this ends as we grow older?

I am a huge fan also of flax. I recently discovered a flax and chia product that is delicious and can be eaten straight from the bag. Loaded with Omega 3's and 6's http://www.fitflax.com

I love all these tips, the information and your perspective on nutrition.
I am a big advocate of nutrition for healing and the suggestions you have here are spot on. I have been using turmeric for years and it's very effective.
Great site, thanks for the useful and healthy hints!
