		<description>can you shed some thought into pain relating from old injuries and how to over come i had a fall many years ago which resulted in my knee being very sore it was so many years ago now and only recently has it given me chronic pain. i am not able to walk up and down stairs without feeling it let alone participate in any other form of exercise.  i don&#039;t know how to rid the pain??</description>
